Construction Inspector – Charles Point Multi-Use Waterfront Trail

The City of Peekskill (“City”) seeks a qualified consultant (“Consultant”) experienced in construction administration and/or inspection services for the Charles Point Trail construction project (“Project”). The Project is the final segment of the Southern Waterfront Trail system along the Hudson River in Peekskill. The Project includes a multi-use asphalt trailway with accompanying amenities (trashcans, bicycle racks, benches, stone screening, grading & stabilization, public gazebos) as well as the installation of site utilities (plus lighting). The Project extends from Charles Point Park (northern terminus) in the City of Peekskill to the Village of Buchanan municipal boundary (southern terminus).

This Project is funded by Title 11 of the New York State Environmental Protection Fund as administered by the New York State Department of State (Contract number C1000729).
