Description: The City of Long Beach seeks the professional services of a consultant to complete a bayfront development planning study for its north shore bayfront along Reynolds Channel. The study will provide recommendations for sustainable land use, climate resiliency, and appropriate Bayfront redevelopment. See the RFP for the full description.

Summary: The City of Long Beach is requesting proposals for consultant services in connection with the above referenced
project.
The consulting services required will include the following categories of work, as listed in the Scope of
Services:
• Part 1 – Development of Bayfront Development Planning Study
• Part 2 – Public Engagement
• Part 3 – Generic Environmental Impact Statement
