Job Description
We seek a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited, diverse, multi-generational team committed to change for good. As a Senior Account Supervisor, you will develop and implement outreach and engagement strategies that connect communities with public initiatives, policy and infrastructure projects in transportation, civic planning, and climate change. You will bring experience working on projects that require an understanding of public processes and civic engagement best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage, guide and provide feedback for team members
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Develop strategies and implementation plans, and manage active projects end-to-end
- Oversee financial performance of projects and adjust budgeting accordingly
- Participate in business-building pursuits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (minimum)
- 4 – 6 years’ of work-related experience
- Strong written and verbal skills
