How it works:
Teams of up to 5 people will compete for a chance to be crowned transportation scavengers-in-chief! We'll meet at Bowling Green at 10:00 am.
Submit photos of your team with items/places you find on the clue board, which you'll find throughout New York City. Point values vary depending on item/place (more information will be provided when you check in at Bowling Green).
The hunt will conclude at 3:00 pm. At 4:00 pm, we'll reconvene at a central meeting location for drinks, snacks, and also to award prizes!
To participate, you'll need:
$15.00 to register (proceeds go towards prizes and afterparty food)
A fare payment method - note that transit fares are at your own expense. There will also be plenty of ways to rack up points in public spaces!
At least one person with a data-enabled smartphone with WhatsApp per team.
A pair of comfortable walking shoes (recommended).
If you don't have a pre-formed team, feel free to join the day-of and make new friends, we will be helping facilitate this when we meet at 10:00 am.
