The NY Department of State Division of Local Government Services presents a Land Use Training Program for Municipal Officials, Board Members, and Attorneys in partnership with Touro Law Center’s Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Institute.

Topics will include SEQRA basics, Hot button land use, and land use moratoria.
