Illuminate Lower Manhattan: Placemaking through Lighting Initiative RFP

New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking proposals for the development and implementation of a placemaking through lighting initiative that will transform the experience of Lower Manhattan at night. This initiative should increase Lower Manhattan’s exposure, expand its appeal and spur more diverse business activity by creating a strong neighborhood identifier. The selected team will be responsible for executing an innovative project that will become a landmark for the neighborhood, visible to viewers from both near and far.
