The Waterfront Committees of the New York Metro Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA-NYM) is excited to host “NYC Waterfront Zoning 101”, a professional education session on the nuances and regulatory guidance to complying with waterfront zoning in NYC.
Planners and architects doing projects and supporting community visioning along NYC’s waterfront will benefit from learning how to apply the zoning regulations directly from the team that wrote the regulations and oversees waterfront zoning compliance.
